Double//Subdivision

After a successful build with us on Hair Street, Chester and Liezl came back to do it all again — this time at the front of a new three-lot subdivision. Their goal: create a solid rental investment with lasting value.
We removed and recycled the old house, managed neighbours and council, coordinated engineers and surveyors, and built a well-designed two-storey, three-bedroom standalone home. It’s clean, functional, and future-ready — a great result for repeat clients who know the process and trust the outcome.
