At the rear of the property, we added two more smart townhouses to complete the three-lot subdivision. These two-storey homes are compact, modern, and designed to suit a wide range of tenants — giving Chester and Liezl a strong, future-proofed rental portfolio.
As with the front home, the back builds involved navigating a tight site, retaining work, neighbour agreements, and council approvals. The result is a tidy trio of rentals, each with their own title, and a full site that’s now working hard.


The back builds were just as smooth as the first — now we have a full set of quality rentals that will serve us well for years to come.
