Our client wanted to build well-designed rentals that would stand the test of time — and we helped bring that vision to life with four tidy, two-storey townhouses at the rear of the site. These homes form part of a six-lot development, with the front two units already established and the rear four built as a cohesive block.

The project involved removing the original house (which was relocated and recycled around the corner), managing neighbour relationships, building substantial retaining walls, and working closely with surveyors, engineers, and council. We also structured the build contract in stages to suit our client’s cashflow. The result: four smart, functional homes that are ready to serve as solid long-term rentals.
