When Ginny, an Auckland-based investor, wanted to increase her portfolio without buying again, she saw an opportunity right in front of her — or rather, behind. We helped her transform the backyard of her two existing rentals into another two brand-new, north-facing townhouses. These modern, single-level homes feature three bedrooms, private driveways, and sunny outdoor living — all making the most of the site’s existing layout and access.
