Andrew had a long game in mind: transform his section into a quality rental investment with views and long-term value. What stands now is a beautifully designed, two-storey standalone home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sweeping views from every room.
But getting there wasn’t easy. We had to relocate and renovate the original home at the front of the site — and get it fully signed off — before we could even begin on this second dwelling. Then a year-long delay with Wellington Water tested everyone’s patience. Despite all that, the end result is a standout rental that looks and lives well above its weight.


It wasn’t an easy journey, but the team stuck with it and delivered a fantastic home — a great investment with views that make it truly special.
