This neat duplex forms the front half of a six-lot development on Main Road. Built with care and practicality in mind, these two-storey homes are ideal for long-term rental — offering modern layouts, low-maintenance finishes, and great proximity to local amenities.
We worked closely with the client to design homes that would sit well on the street while allowing room for four more dwellings to follow behind. From early planning through to subdivision, council signoff, and handover, this was phase one of a well-executed full-site transformation.


Phase one was a great success — the duplex looks fantastic, works perfectly for rentals, and sets the tone for the rest of the development.
