With the train station just down the road, this site was perfectly positioned for low-maintenance homes aimed at professionals and commuters. ReDevelop brought us on board to help deliver five single-storey, two-bedroom townhouses — all neatly arranged on the rear half of the section.

Originally part of one large property, we retained the existing house at the front and built five modern homes behind it, making full use of the available space.
