Ben’s First Build, Done Right

Ben had always dreamed of developing his first property—and he did it with character. This three-lot subdivision features standalone homes with classic weatherboard style, internal garages, and smart two-storey layouts that maximise space and street appeal.

Kicking things off, Ben salvaged the original home, relocating it to the back and giving it a full renovation. The site needed driven piles, careful planning, and attention to detail—and Ben was across every inch of it. With a clear vision and hands-on approach, he’s created a timeless development that blends old-school charm with new-build quality.
