Chester had owned this section for years, tucked away in the bush, waiting for the right time to make it something special. Together with Liezl, that time finally came — and we helped bring their vision to life with a pair of beautifully designed, two-storey standalone homes.

Each home features four bedrooms, weatherboard cladding, a single garage, and layouts that balance space with simplicity — perfect for families wanting privacy and comfort near nature. But this wasn’t an easy build. We had to remove the remains of an old house, work closely with engineers and surveyors, manage council and neighbour concerns, and build serious retaining walls to make it all work. The result? Two family-ready homes in a peaceful setting — and one long-held dream finally realised.
