Charlie had big ideas and needed someone to manage the details — so we took the lead in bringing his dream to life. Tucked at the end of a quiet grove in Crofton Downs, this two-storey, five-bedroom family home makes full use of a greenfield section sourced directly from the developer. With 4 bathrooms, a huge garage (complete with gym space), separate media room, and a dedicated home office, it’s designed for a modern, busy family that does it all.

The site came with its challenges — especially the slope — but smart design choices and clear project management meant we delivered on space, style, and practicality. Charlie’s role as a full-time GM meant he needed someone to take charge, and that’s exactly what we did — turning his high-level vision into a high-value reality.
