Double / Sloping / Subdivision

Joseph and Tina wanted to turn their under utilised front yard into something valuable — and we helped them do just that by building two architectural three-bedroom townhouses right in front of their existing home.

This project came with its fair share of challenges: hard rock excavation, major earthworks, massive retaining walls, and delays with subdivision services. All of it while Joseph and Tina continued living on site. But the outcome speaks for itself — two sharp, well-designed homes that lift the entire street and generate solid long-term rental income.
